Getting started
Once you have registered to attend Crew Connect Global, you will receive an invitation to join the event via the Seatrade Maritime Events App.
Navigating the App is easy, but here is a guide on getting started:
Your digital event companion

Whether you’re looking for pre-show networking opportunities or a simpler way to schedule your time, the App offers easy-to-use features that will help you plan your day, explore the agenda, and connect with fellow attendees.
Available now for exhibitors. Delegate access opens the week commencing 14th September.
Plan your event schedule
Browse the full conference agenda and add the sessions that you want to attend to your personal agenda, called 'My Event'.
Get your digital badge easily
Access your digital badge on the App to quickly scan at the registration desks to pick up your physical badge, which you need to enter the exhibition and conference.
Connect with attendees
Make onsite networking easier by connecting with exhibitors and attendees, pre-event. Simply browse through the attendee list or search by company name. From there, you can connect, exchange in-App messages and plan to meet during the event itself.

STEP ONE
Get the App
If you have booked your ticket for Crew Connect Global, you will receive a link to download the App. Alternatively, click here to download.
STEP TWO
Sign in
Open the Seatrade Maritime Events App. You will be asked to sign in, using the email address you registered for Crew Connect Global.
STEP THREE
Join the event
You will be sent a 6-digit one-time code to your email from info@seatrademaritimeevents.com. The code is active for five minutes. Enter this to access your account.

The Crew Connect Global event is accessible through the Seatrade Maritime Events App, which is available on Apple, Android, and on desktop. We recommend using the App while you are onsite, and the desktop version for post-show. You can access the Crew Connect Global event on desktop here.
To find the App, you will need to search for "Seatrade Maritime Events" within your App Store of choice. You will then be asked to log in, using the email address you registered with, and guided to the Crew Connect Global event.
