We are delighted to offer complimentary event passes to individuals who meet our VIP criteria. Please read this section carefully.

Criteria

VIP passes are limited, and available for senior executives, operating at a level in line with:

1. C-Suite, President, SVP, VP, Managing Director, Director level, Head of department;
2. Who work for a ship owner, ship operator or ship manager;
3. And, who own and/or operate a fleet of trade-going vessels (container shipping, roll-on/roll off, tanker and bulk carriers), operational service vessels (OSVs and PSVs) and cruise lines/passenger vessel operators.

Private owners of pleasure/leisure vessels also qualify, but will need to prove ownership of a vessel over 100ft.  

Pass allocation

• Two complimentary event passes per qualifying business will be extended to executives who meet our criteria.
• A 10% discount will be offered to any additional attendees and to employees outside of the scope of C-Suite and D-Suite levels. This discount is applicable on current live rates at time of booking, but cannot be used in addition to any Supporting Organisation or Media Partner discounted rates.
